Vp6 Codec

Linking to some of the sites using VP6, am able to receive the audio portion but UNABLE to view the video portion (e.g. he Bjork Promotion stream @ HTTP://205.188.234.33:8010/;STREAM.NSV) Am utilizing WINAMP 5.0 via ASTOUND cable at 989.5 Kbps running WIN98SE.
Have also downloaded and installed ON2 Technologies VP6 CODEC with no success.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

reinstall Winamp 5.0 full. it has the VP6 decoder.
