Does it happen with a specific skin? Does it with classic skins?

As far as know the script error is related to modern skins. I tired the Insomniac skin and got the black & red script error box often. Try closing and restarting Winamp. If the Insomiac skin keeps popping up when you restart Winamp try the following while Winamp is not running
1. go to the Winamp folder (usually C:\Program Files\Winamp)
2. load Winamp.ini in to a text editor (eg Notepad)
3. locate a line that begins with Skin=
4. delete the skin name that is to the right of the equal sign
5. save Winamp.ini and close out of the text editor
6. in the Winamp folder delete the studio.xnf file
7. try running Winamp

It looks like the Insomniac skin causes problems with WA5. You may want to delete it. Go to the skins browser (Alt+S) right click on the insomniac skin. A menu should pop-up with 'Delete skin...' as an option.
