Roomate abusing bandwidth...

I currently have a roomate that, while not home and not actively listening to his music, has his computer playing 128k or 256k streams. Our connection is with Comcast cable, who, has sent letters out warning people of bandwidth abuse, however he thinks just because we have a 3.5mBit connection, that he should be able to waste it. Someone else here pointed out the bandwidth consumed for a 128k constant stream, but I could not find it within the search.

My question is, what is the total bandwidth consumed if you were to download 128k stream 24/7 for a 30 day month?
