Winamp 5 on a low resource system

Are the system resource requirements any higher then for winamp 2? (Yes, i know that 5 is almost the same as 2, but let me finish.)
I understand that 5 uses the skinning engine from winamp 3. will this make any diffrence in the system requirements?

(Please understand that the pc i use winamp 2 on can bearly run windows 98, winamp, aim, and internet explorer at the same time)

Also, I am not a 'hardcore' digital music fan. I mostly use winamp on a once or twice a week basis, and then only to listen to mp3s or midis.

thanks for any help anyone can give me!

If you'll use Modern skins, that'll use Winamp3's skinning engine and will reqiare more resources.
If you'll use Classic skins, it'll be just like how it was with Winamp2.
