Erm, why wouldn't I think I could stream to X number of users over the internet on a 56k modem in the first place? You can broadcast a station from a 28kbs if you really wanted to. Granted the quality would be below poor but it's still possible. You read me wrong - I have never once had the intention of launching LC:TV on a 56kbs connection. However I've had the intention of testing the tools and files on a 56kbs connection, but that's about it.
