Windows Video Thumbnail problem

Since installing Winamp5, there are no preview thumbnail pictures for .mpg/.avi etc files anymore.

I've removed Winamp5 several times, trying something different everytime, and even gone back to Winamp3 when I could see the thumbnail's.

How can I fix this ? because now I have to watch every video file to see what it is (if they are named in numbers)
I've taken the video file association (sp) off on Winamp, but this has not made any difference.
I've restored all the folder preferences, but still no luck.

I have the same problem with thumbnail preview on mpeg files.
Have resolved this problem?
