PHP Help

HELLO I NEED SOME HELP WITH INSTALLING THE EXTENSIONS FOR MS SQL FOR PHP5 BETA, I'VE EDITED MY PHP.INI THIS WAY..

.............

; Directory in which the loadable extensions (modules) reside.
extension_dir = "C:\extensions\"

;Windows Extensions
;Note that MySQL and ODBC support is now built in, so no dll is needed for it.

extension=php_mssql.dll

.............

WHEN I RUN PHP FROM DOS, IT TELLS ME THIS FILE IS MISSING.
PLZ HELP!!

this is the msg i got

C:\PHP>php
PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '.;c:\php\extensions\php_mssql.dll' - The specified module could not be found.

I have a related question:
Do I have to download all the components of MySQL to get the SQL runtime or I only need one file like php (php4ts.dll)?
