I have this in the .asx file code:

<asx version="3.0">
<title>Rysin Radio</title>
<entry>
<title>Rysin Radio 2004</title>
<ref href="http://rysinradioserver.no-ip.com:8000/listen.asx"/>
</entry>
</asx>

but an error message comes up. please help me.

Make the above line look like the below line.

<ref href="http://rysinradioserver.no-ip.com:8000"/>

This only works with Media player 7.1 or higher.

Also, you're missing a slash. Correction:
