I am getting bad frames file.......

I am getting a bad frames file every now and then in my winamp folder and others on another board have been getting them too. We are wondering what they are..i have been deleting them. The file is badframes.stt.
What causes this and what is it exactly?

Nothing to do with Winamp 5.x
Something to do with NSV tools
