Yes. (At some point I hope to broadcast to two servers at low and high rates so I can record at the higher rate while still being able to broadcast at a lower rate).

Interestingly I notice that winamp thinks my recorded files are at 20 kbs as I'd expect when it displays the file detils as they are played. But if I look at the File Info in winamp it seems to say 16 kbs. I'd got the 50 from Windows XP's Windows Explorer file properties. So which is correct and if it's 50kbs then my original problem remains.
