broadcasting hangs...

I'm trying to broadcast radio from FM tuner. But there is a great problem

I starts broadcasting from "line in", but after some time winamp and plugin hangs causing permanent "bzzzz" sound (on my computer). All the listeners are disconnected. After unloading frozen winamp+plugin "bzzz" sound remains and it's impossible to start broadcasting again until rebooting.
What's wrong?
My OS is Win2000 PRO
Soundcard is on crystal chipset

Are your soundcard drivers up-to-date?

Can you try a different soundcard?

What drivers do you recommend to use?

Is a Genius Crystal (CS4281) AC97 based?

No, it's based on crystal CS4281 chipset
