Sound Channel Problem

hi, before I post this yes I have searched these boards and I've tried DJ Egg's TGHC sound thing and it didn't work for me..

heres what i've done

1. Control Panel > Sound > 4 Channel Setting
2. Winamp 5 > Tried all possible plugins none work for 4 speakers.

3. Looked for several plug-ins with no success.

Ok, now what I just got a new comp and what it came with is what I got:

Realtek/nVidia AC'97 6-Channel Support
and
Creative SBS450 4.1 4 Speakers w/Subwoofer = 5Spkr

Also i'm not getting any sound from my rear speakers in anything eg; games, Windows Media Player, Winamp, Quicktime, movies..

please help.. thanks

Sounds like it might be a driver issue if it isn't working in any program. Go to the manufacturer's website and look for updated drivers.
