am i still buffering with the changes i made???

In my winamp..your stream is going over 250K now. Your upload cant handle that with that many veiwers(i see 7 now). Lower the bitrate of your stream and you might even want to limit the amount of veiwers accordingly so it does not buffer.
About 50 percent of the stations listed have the same problem on there. They dont realise their upload cant handle it and all it does is buffer.They are literally streaming all the time and have no clue that nobody can enjoy their stream. Totally clueless.
The stations that do play good know their bandwith upload capacity and set their amount of veiwer level accordingly with no buffer at all.
