starting winamp twice

HI!

i want to start winamp twice. thats not the problem, but after i startet it twice i set the first player balance on 'left' and start music. everything is fine. after that i want to set the ballance of the second player to 'right' but when i do this the music which ich played by the first player also turns to the right side. what do i do wrong?? a friend of mine told me that this is working great on his pc.

Try switching to the DirectSound output plug-in
In Winamp...
1. Ctrl+P (for preferences)
2. Plug-ins > Output
3. highlight/select DirectSound

Note: You may have to "reset" the balance in the Windows mixer. Double click on the little speaker icon in the systray, make sure the Wave and master balance are centered.
