Problem with audio-video sync !

I have the same problem, I adjust the frame rate because if I stream at the same frame rate as the original vid 25fps or 29 I get buffering on the receiving end, so have to put the frame rate right down to something like 10 or even lower, tryed to load that page to get slavas gui, but it wont load, I have Kens gui but the encoding section is always grayed out.
