Stuff between tracks
I don't know about you guys, but I love the stuff that appears between tracks on some albums. Most of the time it's done very, very badly, but every now and again.......
Well, listening to The Coral's new one, Nightfreaks & The Sons Of Becker, on the tram this morning, this sneaked out and had me in stitches; In fake Tarrentino voice; "Do you remember a great punk band from the 80's called Shaved Cock? They were grrrrreat!" Any others? It's been said that I could start an arguement in an empty room.....I see no reason to disbelieve this. |

The Swirlies are renowned for talking between tracks, but they're all too long to post.

Poe does awesome between track sampling on Haunted. She plays old answering machine messages and her brother does some talking between tracks, most lead into the song. All in all it lends the CD a damned creepy vibe.

on the sikth album, just before the song "how may i help you?" (on the track before) there is a mobile-phone ringtone that exactly mirrors the guitar line, it's neat.

zootm, that sounds very good. Its stuff like this like I like. I think it shows the band having a bit of fun on the studio.

Here's another one; at the end of Blitzkrieg? on some releases of Kill 'Em All by Metallica, you can hear a burp. Then if you turn it up loud enough, you can hear "We f*cked up, in one spot".
