I just downloaded and installed iTunes last night. It's not bad. Better than MusicMatch, but still way too resource-heavy for my tastes. I'm the guy who has over a GB of RAM and won't use a desktop wallpaper because I want every ounce of performance I can squeeze out of my computer.

Adding music to my iTunes library did give me trouble. I dragged folders that contained sub-folders onto it. For some reason it skipped a few hundred songs. Mostly in the \Various Artists\Album\ folders. I found about half of them in those folders. The others? I have no idea, and I'm not about to browse through 800 folders to find them, until I notice them missing.

Witht that said, I'll leave iTunes installed, as it's a great way to sync with my iPod, which was what I was after.

I'll be sticking with WinAmp for computer play.
