Is this winamp??

Is this winamp or windows media player or something else?? (see attachment)
i really want to get rid of it. Its tries to preview all my mp3's in windows explorer and means i cant do anything (like rename mp3 files) until this little plug-in has loaded, which takes ages each time.
Can someone tell me how to get rid of it or at least tell me which program it is?

A full screenshot would be nice but that does kinda look like WiMP.

so windows media player is the culprit, any idea how i can get rid of that .. ive look in the prefs but cant find anything much??
