timed out

Whenever my friend tries to listen to my station, it starts to say connected in Winamp, but then it says timed out. Do you know how to fix this? Thanks.

it is either http://68.134.102.251/listen.pls to listen, or 205.188.234.41 or 205.188.234.42 im not sure what one you need.

My DNAS log looks like:

Still I can't find myself on the list with the server named "1000 anything" in an effort to get on the top for ease of finding it. When I type in the IP in winamp on another computer it just times out. I am behind a router and set the computer "DMZ" and that is what finally allowed the yp.shoutcast.com server to talk to my DNAs server.

When I tested it with you it worked fine... all I can suggest is to have your friend check his firewall settings... email me if you need more help.
