Where are my skins?

This is getting silly. I download skins from the website. It shows them transferring, but all it does is change my skin back to the old default, and the new skins arent anywhere on my computer. The only way I can make them stay is manually changing the download location to the default directory for skins..
Anyone else see this with 5.02?

Try emptying your internet cache.
