Since I cant make my own skin...

I have thrown together a "main.bmp" PSD file, since my attempts at making this work on its own as a simple/half assed skin didnt work. I am willing to give the full PSD file to anyone who wants to work on a Disgaea winamp skin featuring Laharl....

Sigh, I suck.

I have the main thingy all finished and everything, but when i saved it as main.bmp and zipped all the base skin stuff with it and made it a WSZ, it didn't work at all.

just save that as main.bmp. most of the components in that window aren't controlled by that file. you have to update all the files that represtent the objects in the main window also. i'm not sure how clear i made that.

if it only showed the base skin, then you probably did something wrong making the wsz. is it in the skins folder of winamp? are you sure you put the right files in? I hate to see someone give up just because he's having problems getting the skin to show up right.

Meh I gave up and downloaded one of the easy skin maker things.... it looks fine enough now that ive used that. So im happy enough. Should I still submit it for others to use? Or not since the rougher stuff was done by the program *and its only the main part not the equilizer or playlist*
I wish i was better at all the other little things and not just doing some base simple graphic thing...

*attached what it looks like now*

The requirements for submition are that the main, playlist, equiliser, video, and I think also gen and genex have to be skinned. I also don't think generated skins are allowed into the database.
