Need Help with Internet Tv by winamp

I want to see tele by Internet but refresh of the buffer is so continuous that I do not see nothing else that 3 seconds and it is stopped to load again, can help me someone? I have a cable connection 128 kbs

try a lower bitrate stream.

If the problem was more intermittent, i'd say increase your buffer length in the NSV input plugin settings, but in this case, you simply don't have the bandwidth to view that stream.

You can't. About the best you're going to be able to do is increase the buffer size:

Go to the Preferences (press Ctrl+P) -> go to Plug-ins/Input -> double-click the 'Nullsoft NSV Decoder' -> increase the values under Stream.

Other than that, your connection is too slow to view streaming video.
