I need to know
Ok i have a cool little program on my computer that can play and program on my computer at a certain time. So what i did was allow the program to run winamp which it does but of course winamp doesnt play any music unless you press play. I would like to know is there anyway that when we open winamp it will automaticly play a song or a song on our playlist because if there isnt away then i might as well let it play 1 song at a time to wake me up which o probley wont hear.

Instead of linking it to winamp.exe, link it to the playlist (m3u) file of your choice.

Do you have an aggresive pop-up blocker? Links posted in the forums always pop open a new window...try right clicking and "Open in New Window".
An m3u is a saved playlist file. Use Winamp to make a playlist that you'd want to playback later, then press Ctrl+S and save it . Once you've named it (and have paid attention to where you are saving it) you can point your program to the playlist (c:\some directory\somefilename.m3u) and it should open Winamp with that list loaded and Winamp should start playing. Be aware that it will overwrite your current playlist in Winamp if you have changed it since saving. If all you want to do is start up winamp and have it start playing whatever is already in the playlist window, then the above plugin is for you. But I'm feeling much better now. |
