In looking all over this it seems that shoutcast is refusing to resolve anything - the yp, relay hosts, etc., and is only working with IP addresses.
My undereducated thoughts is that I am missing a port of library of some sort that the DNAS needs in order to be able to properly resolve. Everything else on the server including dig, host and trace all work to the same addresses, so it appears it is only the DNAS which refuses to resolve. Megarock Radio - St. Louis Since 1998!
