people's player?

hi!

there has once been a skin floating around which was red/yellow, with a star, the "E" turned around, looking like a "3". It was meant to look like a "communist skin". I think there was a title called "people's player" somewhere on the skin. But I can't find this anymore. I think it wasn't actually called people's player. Do you know where I can find this skin?
