Setting up a Radio Server

How do I go about setting up a Radio Server, I got the winamp program downloaded, and I got the server thing installed but I cant get the server to install can anyone help me....

I have winamp version 2.91 I have the Nullshot SHOUTcast Source DSP v1.8.2B installed on the system and I got the Nullsoft DSP v0.2 BETA for Winamp 2 not sure which one I'm suppose to use. One of them nothing pops up then the other one the server type screen pops up all the default information that came with the download is still on there and for some reason it wont connect online so I can send my music threw can someone help me ?
