Skin Newb needs help

hey , im new to skinning and wanted to start off w/ a classic skin , umm on the old winamp2 site , there was a fil you could download with all picture you overwrote , now ive made my main.bsp , but i have no clue where to put it

please help me , when released ill thank you on our website www.cravecs.com

.. anything to get me started , i know the immaging stuff , ive tryed the tutorials but still stuck
