If you need a stream host, look into contiga digital (www.contigadigital.com)

If you want more than 3 listeners that is. Remember shoutcast is not multicast so evey user takes a small chunk of bandwidth. So if you want more than 3 users, and a higher bitrate stream, you need a streamhost.
