Long delay in creating an account

Didn't know where to ask this question but anyway - I want to submit a skin and tried to create an account last Monday. It said you will receive an email soon, I never got the email, how long should it take? I tried to join again yesterday but still no joy.

It would appear the mailer that send out confirmations for new accounts, along with notifications of skins being published, rejected and removed, is broken.

It'll be fixed, but please be patient while it is.
