Winamp Global Commands?

Hello,

I would like to program certain key's on my keyboard to stop, play, pause.. etc. functions on winAMP.. I would like to find out if there are global commands that are preset with winAMP so that I can achieve my goal.

I know that there are commands that are there but require that you are focused on winAMP inorder for them to work. I need commands that do not require winAMP to be focused on... so if anyone can help. Please do.
