win 5 playing audio cd's only up to track 7

I just installed win 5 running windows xp pentium 3, whenever I am playing an audio cd, winamp only reads up to track 7 on teh disc, and also starts playing on track 7.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

sounds really sketchy. i haven't heard or seen that problem. have you tried it with multiple cd's and are they burns or originals? did you by chance create a multi session cd?

When you take a hand and chop the fingers off... what do u get? That would be the knub.
