Link using this format: http://yourIP:yourPORT/listen.pls
Replace "yourIP" with your IP (which you can find here) and "yourPORT" with your portbase as defined by your DNAS (server) config file. The default is 8000. If you have a dynamic IP, you can get a static name, such as foo.bar.com (not as cool as that, though ) from http://www.no-ip.com or one of the other myriad of Dynamic DNS Services. Then, your links would be: DNAS link: http://foo.bar.com:yourDNASport Listen link: http://foo.bar.com:yourDNASport/listen.pls Note: Be sure to download the No-IP.com Dynamic DNS update client. ---------- The number of listeners can be changed in the DNAS (SHOUTcast server) config. The default section is shown below: code: ---------- Check out the Sticky post titled: SHOUTcast: Important Info & Answers to FAQs. READ ME! My mistake. Go into the DSP > Output tab > Yellowpages > URL box.

username = 'admin' (without the quotes) and is not configurable
password = defined in the DNASs sc_serv.ini configuration file (default section shown below): code: If you enabled the AdminPassword, use that instead. code: -- Michael |

Yes, when you have the server program running, go to (type into the internet explorer address bar)http://yourIP:yourport
And click "admin login" on the top right of the page, as mentioned before by DJ Mastermind. yeah, i'm back. |
