Broadcasting Trouble

Did a bit of skimming, couldn't find an answer. Let me lay out my situation as simply as possible

I have access to a server in Texas running the SHOUTcast server. I broadcast to it from Florida using the SHOUTcast DSP plugin on winamp 5.2.

The guy in the room with the Texas server can hear all the audio I'm broadcasting just fine when he uses winamp on the local machine.

People that connect to the server can see the title of the song currently playing (winamp input), or the title of the station when I'm using a mic (soundcard input), but they can't hear anything.

When the guy in the room with the Texas server broadcasts straight off that machine and then out, people connecting CAN hear the audio. It's just MY broadcasted material they cannot hear.

Hoping someone can help me pretty soon

Thanks in advance

Oh man.. this should probably be under the Shoutcast support area, not the winamp area. Maybe some helpful mod could move it?

More information:

I could broadcast to london and out just fine. It's just on that one server, now, it seems?
