Newbe design question

Been working on an idea for a while now. It's based on the LCARS system as you see in Startrek. I know I'm not the first to do this, but I wanted to know how much of what i got now is actually possible. I know it's a bit large atm but that's being worked on.

as far as i can see everything is possible, it just takes a lot of coding
