SHoutcast "wheel" user ?

Is it normal that the chown of my SHoutcast directory says :
root : wheel

it's fine that it says that but make sure that execution occurs only as a non-priveleged user, such as guest or nobody. Permissions may have to be modified to allow this execution to occur when ownership is set to root.
