Go to www.no-ip.com download the program and everytime you connect to the internet run the program. It gives you a static IP(http://you.no-ip.org:8000) instead the Dynamic that you really have.So if you put a link to your web page http://you.no-ip.org:8000/listen.pls this will connect your listeners directly to your really IP and they can listen through winamp. I've try it and go at the evening to http://soundfm.cjb.net press Listen and you will hear music.
