forum owned by microsoft?

hi,

at the top of all forum sites I found a big blue MICROSOFT logo and the text 'this site was owned by Microsoft' and 'who do you want to own today?' and a lot of NEWLINES.
right after the NEWLINES follows the normal site.

is this forum hacked or is it just a joke?
