Shoutcast on a web server

I see your files up on the site. First you should place shoutcast in a sub directory.

doublecheck your permissions by typing:

ls -l

make sure you login as root else you may have to change your chmod to 755 or 775

I like personally to use a different port than 8000 which is the default.
