Crash when launching.

Hello. I have Windows XP and the lastest Winamp, but each times i open it, it crashed ! ! Help please ?

You are going to have to be more specific than "crashed."

First, let's start with a complete uninstall and reinstall of Winamp.

If the problem still persists, post again with some information.

Do you get an error message?
What does that message say?
What happens when it crashes?
What, if anything, have you tried so far to fix this?
What are your system specs?
When you say latest, be sure you are using Winamp 5.03a.

i have a problem with wa 5.03 crashing as well... when i try to load my whole mp3 collection... and i've read up on what to do for it and done it all... turning off specific file types and such... no luck

i have an ahtlon xp 2.0 ghz, 896 mb ddr ram, nforce onboard audio... but the thing is iv'e never ever had this prob before...

Preferences > General Preferences > Titles

"Read metadata only when file(s) are played"
OR
"Read metadata when file(s) are played or viewed in the playlist editor"
