installer corrupted

heloo
I was downloaded apache2triad that used nsis installer
and when try to open a file seys error installer corrupted or incomplete
how can i solve this problem plese help

the message says it all, the installer is corrupted. you can try redownloading it and/or scan it for possible virus infections. in either case, this is not the place to find the solution, you should contact the authors of the software.
