Winamp 5 on Windows XP - HELP!!!!!

I have winamp 5 functioning beautifully on my user account, but when i added a new user to windows xp and use winamp on the new account - it takes about 30 seconds to load and when i open an mp3 to play, the song plays however winamp crashes and doesnt respond after that.

What can i do to fix this?
