CD ripping problem

Here's the problem. Whenever I rip a track from one of my CDs, the track seems to be ripped correctly, but there is no sound. Is there any way to fix this?

I've got the same problem.
If I rip one of my CDs (by the bitrate of 128 kbps)the size of the mp3 seems to be right, but if I want to play the track it's complete quietness.
Perhaps it's a foult ripping option? I've tried all ripping modes but it's always the same problem.

Does anyone has any idea what causes this problem?

PS:
I'am useing the winamp 5.01 Pro
