2. Go backwards and turn in
3. when your mirror lines up with their tail light turn the other way and keep going backwards.

thats how i do it. something like that anyways. its important to keep going backwards while turning and not stop, turn, go, stop, turn, go.

That's about what I do. Have only had to do it once in my life though and that was for my driver's test last year...Best advice I can give you is to use your mirrors
