I dunno, but I find this kinda stupid...Sure, she's 15, and that's a bit young...But why would you charge the girl? It's not like it was from an old guy sharing his perverted and nasty collection of kiddie pr0n...She distributed the pictures of her herself...What's wrong with that? Well, other than the reciever of the pictures could have been an old guy that was gonna add them to his "collection"...So maybe this is stupid after all...
