just delete or move the ones you don't want.

Or create a folder in there that has all the ones you want, go to avs editor (right click on vis)

settings->presets/hotkeys

allows you to set directory that random uses.

*to devs* of course global/local hotkeys for next/prev vis would be greatly appreciated.
