Hi

What are your basic system specs?
What version # of Winamp are you using?
Which 3rd-party plugins have you installed, if any?
When and how exactly does this error message appear?

HERE GO MY SPECS
ADVENT 3409 PENTIUM 4 2.2 GHZ
512MB, WINDOWS XP

IM TRYING TO INSTALL 5.03 VERSION AND WHEN I CLICK TO INSTALL THE MESSAGE COMES OUT

AND ABOUT THE 3RD PARTY, I DONT KNOW.

I FOUND ONE FORUM WHICH A GUY HAD THE SAME PROBLEM BUT WITH A DIFFERENT SOFTWARE AND THEY SAID THAT U NEED TO INSTAL FROM THE ADMINISTRATOR LOGIN, BUT IM ADMINISTRATOR!

THANKS FOR YOUR HELP

Is there already a version of Winamp installed on the system?
And if so, is it already running?
If yes, then please close the old version before trying to install the new one.

However, if this was the case, then there should've been a prompt, informing you of this. Unless you missed/ignored the prompt...?

If the problem persists, try the suggestions here,
and especailly look at the "troubleshooter section" a bit further down
