Album Order Sorting?

Hi there, I have an album i would like to sort into the correct order, I have tried everything, putting info in ID3v1 and ID3v2, ID3V1 only, ID3v2 only, renamed song names to "01 - <title>" and other stuff.

But everytime i open the directory it isnt in order... and i can't see why its putting it in the order it is.

Can anyone help?

Winamp 5.03 -> Prefs -> Playlist
When loading multiple files, sort files by name

Prefs -> Titles
Read metadata when files are loaded....

It might also help to set up Advanced Title Formatting to taste...
