MP4 Video Supported

I can play MP4 audio, but the video isn't showing
Is MP4 Video play supported in Winamp 5?
Or is there a plugin that allows MP4 Video play in Winamp 5?
Thank!

.mp4 is considered an audio format in Winamp and handled by the MP4 audio decoder.

You can remove the "Nullsoft MP4 demuxer" plug-in in Winamp and add ;MP4 to the extension list in "Nullsoft DirectShow Decoder"
(Both under "Input" in the Preferences.)

And if you want help try to be more descriptive then "yah wtf is up with this crap!" Next time you will be ignored.

That does work, but then you end up with only video and no audio.

What about renaming the video file to .avi? Then you can listen to mp4 audio and watch mp4 video without deleting/changing plugins everytime you switch between audio and video. And of course your system must have a mp4 decoder (comes with DivX).

You probably need a DirectShow filter to decode the audio stream. Guessing it might be AAC. CoreAAC.
