Convert WAV to MIDI

Hi everybody

I know this is far more complicated then converting WAV to MP3 or something, but I really need this feature - is there any possibility (plugin?) to convert a .WAV file to a MIDI file?

Of course I know that this destroys the text of the singing voice, but I have WAVs with instruments only.
