Please help me name this song/artist

Okay, I was looking for songs to put onto my radio station, and at the same time I was listening to my local classic rock station.

They just recently played a song with the following lyrics:
"Stand up, move (or groove ) on down. Catch that train to southward bound."

Now the lyrics are most likly %100 accurate since i only heard it once. If anyone could help me name this tune, it would mean alot. Thanks
